How can we help?
For account, attendance, leave, and payroll matters, contact your Human Resource Management Office (HRMO). For app installation and account access, contact the MIS unit. For technical issues with the app itself, email us and we'll get back to you.
Email App SupportOpen the app and sign in with your HRIS portal username and PIN. After your first sign-in, you can enable fingerprint or face unlock for faster access on your own device.
For your protection, repeated failed sign-in attempts trigger a temporary lockout. If you've forgotten your PIN or remain locked out, contact your HRMO or MIS office to have your access reset. Do not share your PIN with anyone.
Attendance is verified by location. You need to be within the geofenced area of your assigned work site, with location permission enabled and a good GPS signal. Try moving to an open area, make sure location is turned on, and check that you're assigned to the correct site.
To keep attendance honest, the app detects when a device is using a mock/simulated GPS. If you see this warning, turn off any fake-GPS or developer "mock location" apps and use your device's real location. Legitimate attendance requires genuine GPS.
No. The app reads your location only at the moment you punch attendance or submit a locator/movement entry. It does not track you continuously or in the background. See our Privacy Policy for details.
No. Biometric matching is handled entirely by your phone's operating system. The app only receives a success/failure result — your biometric data is never collected, uploaded, or stored by the app or the LGU.
Your account is bound to your registered device to prevent buddy-punching. To use a new device, request re-registration from your MIS office, then sign in and set up biometric/PIN again on the new phone.
Open the corresponding module from the app, fill in the details, and submit. You can track approval status and check your leave and CDO balances within the app.
Open the Payslip module to view your earnings, deductions, and loan balances. Payroll data is provided by the LGU's HRIS and shown securely in the app.
The app needs an internet connection to reach the HRIS server. Check your mobile data or Wi-Fi, then try again. If the problem continues, you may be prompted to update to the latest version, or the server may be temporarily undergoing maintenance.
Install the latest version to continue. Updates keep the app secure and compatible with the HRIS server. Get the latest version from your MIS office or the official distribution channel.
